A well-executed email campaign can bring in new customers or make existing customers want to buy more of your product or service. With email marketing, you can target your audience – something you simply can’t do on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use analytical tools to help you discover what readers want to see in emails from you and what will make them click to open your emails instead of sending them to the trash. But the best part of successful email marketing is that it builds loyalty, strengthens relationships and encourages trust.

That said, not everything about email campaigns is rosy. The number of e-mails sent daily now number in the billions. Private and business email inboxes are sent so much email that attracting a reader’s eye can be difficult. If your email campaign is not engaging, email fatigue is very likely and your messages will disappear into the spam folder.
